What is a British Beauty Box?
British Beauty Box is a service where we deliver a package of hand-picked beauty products, made with love from the UK straight to your doorstep every 3 months! All our products are high quality, full-sized and by fabulous brands!
How much does a British Beauty Box subscription cost?
For UK customers, pricing is as follows:
Monthly subscriptions are - £25 per month
Quarterly subscriptions - £50 every three months (a 30% discount!)
Annual subscription - £175 every 12 months (the cheapest way to get your British Beauty Box)
Delivery is free!
Do I have to re-order my package every 3 months?
The subscription is automatically renewed in line with your chosen subscription schedule via our platform until you cancel.
How can I cancel?
If you wish to cancel your British Beauty Box subscription, you can do so by contacting our team on email@example.com. They are available Monday to Friday: 9AM-6PM.
If I opt out of the year subscription service, what happens?
Opting out of a 12-month subscription plan will end your subscription at the end of its term. You will continue to receive British Beauty boxes up until the end of the term and your subscription will no longer renew.
Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel at least 1 month before your subscription is due to renew.
When will I receive my British Beauty Box?
Once you have started your subscription, we will ship your first box within 3 working days. After this, we will ship your following boxes on the 15th day, every 3 months.
It usually takes 3-5 working days for delivery from when the package leaves our warehouse.
Please note that our estimated delivery dates are only estimates, we cannot guarantee shipping times.
Do I have to pay shipping?
Postage and packaging is free!
My box has arrived damaged
If your British Beauty Box has arrived damaged, please contact email@example.com, and one of our team members will be able to assist you.
My box is missing something
If something is missing from your British Beauty Box, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, and one of our team members will be able to assist you.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment method is declined, our system will try again for 5 consecutive days before cancelling the order. No boxes will be sent.
When is my next payment due?
Please contact us on email@example.com and we’ll check this for you.
What payment options are there?
You can pay via PayPal or by credit/debit card. Credit and debit card payments are securely handled by our trusted supplier Stripe.
